Founder's message

Hi, I'm Md. Aliul Azim, Founder and CEO of CV Hunt.

Every day, millions of talented people are invisible to the opportunities they deserve — and CV Hunt exists to change that.

Our tagline is simple: "Create once. Use everywhere."

We're building a workforce opportunity platform for emerging markets — starting in Bangladesh, with a vision to expand globally — where job seekers, professionals, and recruiters can connect in one place, not across 10 or 12 disconnected apps.

Here's the problem we see every day.

Talented people — fresh graduates, mid-career professionals, even experienced experts — struggle to find stable opportunities not because they lack skills, but because they lack visibility, a strong employable profile, and structured access to jobs, freelancing, consulting, and services.

Today, a job seeker might use one platform for CVs, another for applications, another for freelancing, and another for training — and still miss the right opportunity. The same fragmentation affects recruiters. They often use different platforms for different types of talent — and still fail to find the right person for the right role. That fragmentation is especially painful in emerging markets, where career mobility can change an entire family's future.

In short: we help people build their professional identity once, then use it across the entire opportunity ecosystem.

For employers, we offer a smarter way to find, evaluate, and hire talent — not just collect applications.

As founder, my role is to identify the gaps in traditional job portals and design a practical, trusted solution for both job seekers and recruiters — connecting real-world workforce insight with product execution.

I bring more than 20 years of leadership experience across HR, administration, workforce operations, project coordination, and business management — in garments, healthcare, NGOs, trading, e-commerce, and services.

This isn't a problem I read about in a report. I've seen it in hiring rooms, operations floors, and HR decisions for years. That's why CV Hunt's mission is personal: to connect employability, opportunity access, and economic participation into one scalable ecosystem.

We've already moved beyond the idea stage.

This milestone shows we can ship, iterate, and serve real users — while building toward a larger vision: workforce infrastructure for global emerging markets.
