Founder's message

In human life, there are three major stages where people struggle most with opportunities, career growth, and sustainability. First, students entering the workforce. Second, professionals seeking better growth and stability. Third, experienced professionals moving into consulting, freelancing, mentorship, or flexible work.

Across all these stages, people rely on multiple disconnected platforms for jobs, networking, branding, freelancing, and career development. Opportunity systems should be more connected, accessible, and scalable.

Hi, I'm Md. Aliul Azim, founder of CV Hunt. I have more than 20 years of experience across HR, workforce operations, project implementation, administration, and organizational leadership in garments, healthcare, NGOs, trading, e-commerce, and services.

Many skilled professionals struggle not because they lack talent, but because they lack visibility, employability positioning, and structured access to opportunity ecosystems.

CV Hunt is building an integrated workforce opportunity platform for emerging markets — connecting employability, professional identity, opportunity access, workforce growth, and business connectivity.

This mission is deeply personal because I've spent years observing recruitment gaps and workforce challenges through real HR and operational leadership.

We've launched an early version and started onboarding initial users while continuing to refine the long-term vision.
