Rules for using CV Hunt accounts, subscriptions, and marketplace services.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CV Hunt ("CV Hunt", "we", "us") at cvhunt.co and related services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
CV Hunt is a workforce opportunity platform that helps job seekers build professional profiles and resumes, helps recruiters discover candidates, and connects users with consultations, project work, tuition, home services, and related marketplace services primarily focused on emerging markets including Bangladesh.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, unless using the Platform under verified parental or guardian supervision where permitted by law.
You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
CV Hunt may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or pose security or legal risk.
CV Hunt offers free and paid features including resume creation, templates, subscriptions, recruiter tools, consultations, and other services described on our Pricing and Services pages.
Features available to you depend on your account type, subscription plan, and individual purchases. We may modify, add, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Pricing is displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. Taxes or fees may apply where required by law.
Paid plans, template purchases, and service fees may be processed through supported payment methods including manual mobile-wallet submissions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) verified by our team, or other gateways where available.
Subscription periods and feature limits are described at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions do not auto-renew without your explicit action.
You are responsible for providing correct payment references and amounts. Fraudulent payment claims may result in account suspension.
Digital subscriptions and template purchases: once a subscription is activated or a digital template is unlocked for download, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where CV Hunt fails to deliver the purchased feature due to a platform error.
Manual wallet payments: if payment cannot be verified or the requested service cannot be delivered, we will work with you to correct the issue or apply the payment to the intended service.
Consultations, project work, tuition, and home services: refunds depend on contract status, work delivered, and dispute resolution between parties. Platform fees may be non-refundable once services are matched or commenced.
Refund requests may be sent to support@cvhunt.co within 7 days of payment with transaction details. We review requests case-by-case in good faith.
You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, profiles, proposals, listings, messages). By submitting content, you grant CV Hunt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Platform, including showing your profile to recruiters or service seekers according to your settings.
You represent that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate law.

Companies and recruiters must use candidate data only for legitimate hiring or business purposes permitted by the candidate's settings and applicable law.
Consultants, tutors, project workers, and home-service providers must deliver services professionally and honestly. Service seekers must provide accurate requirements and pay agreed fees.
CV Hunt facilitates connections but does not guarantee hiring outcomes, project success, or personal match results. Users enter agreements at their own discretion.
CV Hunt owns the Platform software, branding, template designs (unless licensed otherwise), and site content except user-submitted content. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute template files or platform materials except as expressly allowed by your purchase or plan.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific hiring or income results. CV Hunt does not guarantee that resumes will pass every ATS or that listings will receive responses.
You use third-party links and integrations at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CV Hunt and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities arising from Platform use.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to CV Hunt in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) BDT 5,000, except where law prohibits such limitation.
You agree to indemnify and hold CV Hunt harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. You may request account deletion via support@cvhunt.co.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, fraud, or legal requirements. Sections that by nature should survive termination (content licenses already granted for operational logs, liability limits, dispute resolution) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect revisions. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be notified on the Platform or by email where appropriate.
