Use CV Hunt match scores to rank applicants and search results objectively.
Match score is only as good as the requirements you enter — vague job posts produce noisy rankings. Use it to sort and compare, not to skip reading CVs or messages. Combine scores with interviews, tests, and reference checks for balanced hiring decisions.
When posting jobs or searching CVs, specify skills, experience, education, and location. Better inputs produce better match scores.
In CV Search results or job applications, sort or filter by match score / match possibility %. Review the breakdown (skills, experience, etc.).
Open profiles side by side. High match score is a filter — still read CVs and messages for culture and communication fit.
Move top matches to shortlist, then invite to skill test, interview, or reference check as needed.
